Animism, a French satirical cartoon series, will return to television in 2017.
The first season of the comedy series, which has been on Netflix since 2013, is set to premiere in 2017 on French-language channel B+R.
The series will also be available on Amazon Prime Video and on demand in the US, Canada and Australia.
“Parasytes’ animation style is a departure from most modern anime, but it is the opposite of many other works of art, which are usually more concerned with realism,” explained B+RB president and CEO Lucie Brouwer.
“Its very much an experimental work, but the aim is to create a style which appeals to both the younger generation and those who were used to animation before it.”
Parasytic anime series will be released on Netflix on June 11.
It will also feature a new series, ‘Paralyzed’, from the creators of the upcoming series ‘Zoom’.
